摘要
前交叉韧带(ACL)是膝关节最容易损伤的韧带结构,损伤后严重影响膝关节的功能,远期可致膝关节退变。ACL损伤后重建可以有效地改善膝关节功能,延缓病程进展。重建材料的选择是影响重建临床效果及远期预后的重要因素。同种异体肌腱是ACL重建的可选材料之一,随着技术的发展和研究的深入,射线照射和深低温冷冻等的应用使感染和免疫排斥反应得到了有效控制,同种异体肌腱是ACL重建的临床应用逐渐得到认可,但是全面的推广应用仍需要进一步的研究。
Anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) is the most vulnerable ligament structure in the knee joint,which can severely affect the function of the knee joint after injury. ACL reconstruction can effectively improve the knee function and delay the course of the disease. Reconstruction material is the important factor affecting the clinical outcome and long-term prognosis. Allograft anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is one of the optional materials, along with the technical devel- opment and the application of irradiation and cryopreservation, the virus infection and immunological rejection have been effectively controlled, and its clinical application is gradually recognized, though the overall application still needs further research.
