拇指甲下外生性骨疣1例 被引量：1

Subungual exostosis of the thumb:one case report

摘要 患者女性，58岁。1年前发现左拇指末节远端轻度疼痛结节，无明确外伤史，1年来无明显增大。体检：左拇指末节远端尺侧指甲下结节，质硬无活动，触之压痛，相应皮肤稍厚无破溃，局部甲床增厚，指甲轻度隆起（图1），实验室检查无异常。
