摘要 酰胺质子转移(amide proton transfer,APT)成像是一种无创、无辐射的新型化学交换饱和转移(chemical exchange saturation transfer,CEST)成像技术,通过对组织内游离蛋白质及多肽分子中的酰胺质子进行敏感检测,已经在临床多种疾病中证明了其应用价值。本文拟对APT技术原理进行回顾,并对其临床应用及前景进行综述。 Amide proton transfer (APT) imaging is a novel non-invasive and non-radioactive type of chemical exchange saturation transfer (CEST) imaging technique. With the sensitively detection of anfide protons in mobile proteins and peptides in tissue, APT imaging has been employed in the detection and evaluation in various diseases. In this paper, the principle of APT technology, its clinical application and prospects will be reviewed.
