摘要
通过全面测评某大型机械化矿井通风系统,并依据技术规范进行分析,发现通风系统存在因大型无轨设备作业导致风流调控实施不完善、风流短路、风流反向及局部通风阻力较大等问题。基于通风系统网络优化软件,提出3个通风系统优化方案,通过模拟各方案的实施效果,结合技术、经济及通风效果的综合比较,优选最佳方案,改善通风效果。
Through the comprehensive evaluation and the analysis of the ventilation system of a large mechanized mine, it was found that the problems existing in the ventilation system, which were the incomplete ventilation structure, short circuit of air flow, back airflow, larger and more local ventilation resistance, due to the large trackless equipment operation. Three technical optimization schemes of ventilation system were put forward based on the ventilation network optimizing software. Through simulating the ventilation effect after the implementation of the schemes and the comparative analysis of the technical, economic and ventilation effect, the best scheme was determined.
