摘要
万福矿井主井井筒穿过特深厚不稳定冲积层,必须采用特殊凿井法施工。设计采用井筒全深冻结法施工方案,双层现浇钢筋混凝土井壁结构,并在600m以深井壁结构中使用高强度钢纤维混凝土,确保井筒安全高效施工。
Special sinking method must be used in the construction of main shaft in Wanfu mine because the shaft passes through extraordinary deep unstable alluvium. The freeze sinking method and double-layer cast-in-place reinforced concrete shaft lining were used in this design. In addition, the steel fiber reinforced concrete was used in the shaft lining structure which below 600m to ensure the safety and high efficient construction of the mine shaft.
