江苏省住房保障区划研究

Research on the housing security regionalization in Jiangsu province

区域人群的差异性需要多元化的住房保障方式,如何根据各地区的住房保障水平制定合适的住房保障措施显得尤为重要。以江苏省67个县、区级行政为住房保障区划单位,采用主成分分析法得出影响住房保障水平的2个主成分。在此基础上采用聚类分析法得出4类住房保障区域,最后对得出的4个保障区域进行了简要的分析,为江苏省因地制宜地进行住房保障提供了基础。

The diversity of regional population needs a variety of housing security. How to develop appropriate hous- ing security measures according to the level of housing security in the region is particularly important. With 67 counties and districts in Jiangsu Province as the unit of housing security. The principal component analysis method is used to get the 2 principal components of the housing security level. Based on this, this paper uses clustering a- nalysis method of 4 kinds of housing security area. It provides a theoretical basis for the housing security in Jiangsu province. Finally, the paper gives a brief analysis of the 4 security areas, which provides a theoretical basis for the housing security in Jiangsu province.
