摘要
基于消费者购买承诺的预售模式能够使得零售商更加清晰了解实际市场需求,从而提高收益。产品销售期分为预售期和正式销售期,在预售期零售商向消费者收取一定数量的订金,并根据预售情况确定库存数量满足消费者需求。零售商通过一定的价格优惠条件鼓励消费者在预售期支付订金,零售商要同时作出订金和库存决策以提高收益。基于已有的研究成果,建立允许退货的预售模式下的零售商期望收益模型,给出零售商的订金和库存决策,结果表明在一定条件下,存在唯一最优订金。通过算例中的参数分析给出了预售期价格折扣参数与缺货补偿参数等对零售商运营决策的影响。对采取预售模式的零售商的库存管理提供了理论指导。
The advance selling model based on the consumer purchase commitment can make the retailer understand the actual market demand more clearly, so as to improve the profit. Product sales period is divided into advance pe- riod and regular period. In the advance period, retailer collects a certain amount of deposit and determine the in- ventory to meet the needs of consumers in the advance period, according to the reservations in the advance period, and the retailer decides the inventory. Retailer encourages consumers to pay a deposit in advance through certain price preferences, so retailers have to make both deposit and inventory decisions to increase returns. This paper is on the existing research results to analyze the retailer's deposit and inventory decision, the results show that under certain conditions, the existence of the optimal deposit and inventory quantity only. Based on the analysis of the pa- rameters in the example, the influence of some parameters on the retailer's decision is given. It provides theoretical guidance for the retailer's inventory management.
