血栓通联合抗氧化药物对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导功能及氧化应激反应的影响 被引量:13

Effect of Xueshuantong combined with anti-oxidant drug on nerve conduction function and oxidative stress in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

摘要 目的:研究血栓通联合抗氧化药物对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导功能及氧化应激反应的影响。方法:选择在我院内分泌科就诊的138例糖尿病周围神经病变患者并随机分为两组,联合组接受血栓通联合抗氧化药物治疗,对照组接受抗氧化药物治疗。治疗前后测定神经传导的速度及血清中氧化应激指标、神经细胞因子的含量。结果:治疗后4、8周时,两组腓总神经及正中神经MNCV、SNCV以及血清中SOD、GSH-Px、HO-1、CAT、CNTF、BDNF、SDF-1α的含量均显著高于治疗前,血清中MDA、AOPP、8-OHdG的含量均显著低于治疗前且联合组患者的腓总神经及正中神经MNCV、SNCV以及血清中SOD、GSH-Px、HO-1、CAT、CNTF、BDNF、SDF-1α的含量均显著高于对照组,血清中MDA、AOPP、8-OHdG的含量均显著低于对照组。结论:血栓通联合抗氧化药物能够改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的神经传导功能并抑制氧化应激反应、改善神经营养状态。 Objective:To study the effect of Xueshuantong combined with anti-oxidant drugs on nerve conduction function and oxidative stress in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:A total of 138 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in Endocrinology Department of our hospital during June 2014-October 2016 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups.The combination group received Xueshuantong combined antioxidant drug therapy,the control group received t antioxidant drugs treatment.Before and after treatment,the nerve conduction velocity and the content of serum oxidative stress,nerve cytokinesr were measured.Results:Four weeks and eight weeks after treatment,common peroneal nerve and median nerve MNCV,SNCV and SOD,GSH-Px,HO-1,CAT,CNTF,BDNF,SDF-1αlevels in serum were significantly higher than those before treatment,MDA,AOPP and 8-OHdG levels in serum were significantly lower than those before treatment and common peroneal nerve and median nerve MNCV,SNCV and SOD,GSH-Px,HO-1,CAT,CNTF,BDNF,SDF-1αlevels in serum of combination group were significantly higher than those of control group,MDA,AOPP and 8-OHdG levels in serum were significantly lower than lower than those of control group.Conclusions:Xueshuantong combined with antioxidant drugs can improve the nerve conduction function of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and inhibit oxidative stress response,improve nutritional status of nerve.
