辅导员工作课程化模式科学创新了辅导员工作,将这一模式应用于大学生思想政治教育的实践过程中,要坚决拥护中国共产党领导,紧密辅助第一课堂,坚持继承与创新。在辅导员工作课程化过程中出现了部分辅导员专业素质不高、工作内容琐碎繁杂和工作方式创新不足等现实问题,通过打造辅导员团队,完善系统工作,搭建实践平台,运用新媒体,实现辅导员工作课程化模式对大学生思想政治教育效果的有效提升。

The curriculum-based counselor work pattern is a scientific innovation to the collegiate counselor work. The application of this pattern in the ideological and political education of college students requires upholding the leadership of the Communist Party of China firmly, assisting classroom teaching and learning closely and adhering to inheritance and innovation. Aiming at problems existing in the class-based counselor work, such as the poor professional quality of some counselors, the tediousness and complexity of the counselor work and the lack of the work method innovation, it is needed to build the counselor team, perfect the system, construct a platform for practice, apply new media to realize the curriculum-based counselor work pattern.
