锆-铝-钛配合物鞣剂鞣液的组成与结构 被引量:2

摘要 采用阳离子色谱分离法,对p H值分别为1.5和3.5的锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂进行分离,共得到7个组分。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和紫外可见分光光度计对7个组分进行分析。结果表明,各组分中均含有锆、铝和钛离子,但离子含量不同,离子增加或减少造成吸收光谱谱带蓝移或红移。p H值升高,锆-铝-钛配合物鞣剂水解加剧,形成异核、多核的高价态配合物。推测锆-铝-钛配合物鞣剂中的羟基、羧基和硫酸根与鞣剂之间以单齿、桥式双齿和螯合双齿进行配位。 The cationic chromatography was adopted to separate the components of Zr-Al-Ti tanning agent at pH 1.5 and 3.5, and the results indicate that seven components are obtained in total. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and ultraviolet spectrophotometer were used to analyze the structure of the components. The results show that every component contains aluminum, zirconium and titanium ions, and there is a slight difference in their contents. With the contents of the ions changing, the absorption position in the spectrogram would shift to some degree. The hydrolysis of Zr-Al-Ti coordination complexes exacerbated with pH increasing, resulting in forming diffeent nuclear and multi-core coordination complexes. It is speculated that the hydroxyl, carboxyl and sulfate groups dominates the regenerated coordination bond through mono, bridgebidentate ligand and bidentate state among the Zr-Al-Ti coordination molecules.
