摘要
研究了蓝湿革中油脂含量检测过程中样品的颗粒大小、干燥预处理时间、抽提时间、溶剂类型及抽提物干燥时间等多因素对检测结果的影响。结果表明,样品的裁剪尺寸和干燥预处理时间是影响油脂含量的关键因素。在已有的标准方法基础上对油脂含量的检测方法进行了改进,优化后的检测条件为:样品尺寸约为1mm×1mm,干燥时间为6h,萃取溶剂为二氯甲烷,萃取温度为70℃,抽提时间6h,抽提物的干燥时间为6h。优化后的方法准确、高效,能更好地适应制革的检测要求。
The Influencing factors such as the particle size, drying pretreatment time, extraction time, solvent types and drying time of extract were investigated in the process of the fat content detection in wet blue leather. The results show that the cutting size and drying pretreatment time of wet blue leather are the key factors affecting the fat content. The testing method of the fat content was improved on the basis of the existing standard methods. The optimized detection conditions are as follows. The sample cutting size should be maintained within 1mm×1mm and the drying pretreatment time is 6h. The dichloromethane is used as extraction solvent at the extraction temperature of 70℃, and the extraction time and drying time of the extract are 6h, respectively. The optimized method is accurate and effi- cient, and can better satisfy the testing requirements of the tanneries.
