摘要
测温面料对于可穿戴智能测温服装来说是关键的技术环节。通过纺织结构的设计将传感器嵌入织物中,实现隐藏传感器,不影响着装性能的目的。依托传感器的结构和双层织物的结构特点,对两者进行改造结合,完成了测温面料的织造。选取了不同组织结构、不同纤度的棉纱进行试样制作,并对试样进行温度测试。通过分析测温图像,得出了织物组织结构以及棉纱粗细对于测温面料测试结果存在影响的结论。
Temperature measuring fabric(TMF) is an important part of the wearable body temperature monitoring cloth. The temperature sensor was woven into fabric, and that could achieve the purpose of hiding sensor and had no obvious uncomfortable wearing. Based on the structure of temperature sensor and double woven fabric, the two parts were linked and TMF was woven by different fabric structure and different yarn count. Finally, the temperature of TMF was tested and analysed. By analyzing the temperature measurement image, it was conclused that fabric structure and yarn count both had effects on the results of the test.
