摘要 聚酯生产线原有的TiO_2系统采用两次球磨、一次离心分离工艺,配制效果较好,但是配制能力有限,无法满足全消光聚酯切片生产的需要。通过提高溶液浓度、改变原有工艺管线、改变配制流程等,使配制TiO_2能力由原来的2.4 t/d提高到6.6 t/d,所配制的TiO_2溶液质量能满足生产需要。通过改变TiO_2添加系统,由单泵运行变为双泵运行,添加能力大幅提升,满足了生产全消光聚酯切片时对TiO_2添加量的需要。经过诸多改进后该聚酯生产线可生产附加值高的全消光聚酯切片。 The original TiO2 system of polyester production line adopts two times ball milling and one centrifugal separation technology. The preparation effect is better, but the preparation ability is limited, so it can not meet the needs of the production of full dull polyester chips. By increasing the concentration of the solution, changing the original process pipeline and changing the preparation process, the preparation capacity of TiO2 can be increased from 2.4 t/d to 6.6 t/d, and the quality of the TiO2 solution can meet the production needs. By changing the TiO2 adding system, the pump runs from single pump to double pump, and the capability of adding is greatly improved. It can meet the needs of adding TiO2 to full dull polyester chips. After improvement, the polyester production line can produce high value-added full dull polyester chips.
