基于层次分析法的生鲜农产品供应链知识共享影响因素研究

Study on Influencing Factors of Knowledge Sharing Effect of Fresh Agricultural Products Supply Chain——based on AHP

供应链成员间的知识共享作为供应链管理的重要组成部分,对供应链的高效运作起到了重要作用。本文定位于生鲜农产品供应链,基于共享意愿、共享能力、共享环境等方面,提出了信任度、共享平台等,利用层次分析法(AHP)对四大影响因素进行重要性排序。研究结果表明,生鲜农产品供应链知识共享影响因素的排序为:信任度、供应链结构、共享平台、知识距离。在此基础上,提出相应的对策,为改进我国生鲜农产品供应链知识共享效率提供合理的建议。

Knowledge sharing among supply chain members is an important part of supply chain management, which plays an important role in the efficient operation of supply chain. The article is based on fresh agricultural products supply chain, sharing, sharing ability,sharing environment, based on the proposed trust and sharing platform, the four key factors of supply chain structure, knowledge distance, constructed the fresh agricultural products supply chain knowledge sharing model, using the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） to rank the importance of four influencing factors, the results show that the fresh agricultural products supply chain of the knowledge sharing in order： trust, supply chain structure, and the distance of knowledge sharing platform. On this basis, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to improve the knowledge sharing efficiency of fresh agricultural products supply chain in china.
