摘要 当前,越来越多的旅游者尤其是年轻的旅游者习惯于直接通过网上平台预订旅游产品,旅游者需求的变化,加速了旅游服务业与互联网产业的快速融合发展。在互联网时代背景下,传统的旅行社不得不面临转型升级的巨大挑战,促使我们认真思考,寻求对策。 With the rapid growth of population and the change of tourism demand, the trend of opening of tourism industry is becoming more and more obvious. More and more tourists especially young travelers are accustomed to scheduled tour product through the Internet. The change of tourism demand that accelerates the integration and development of hospitality industry and internet industry.Under the circumstances of the internet, traditional travel agencies have to face huge challenges to make the transferring and upgrading strategy. In order to satisfy the needs of tourists, travel agencies need a lot of innovation as a leading industry in tourist industry,whether it is in product form and marking model or operation model.
