异质性劳动力流动与地区收入差距——基于空间面板模型的分析

The Influence of Heterogeneous Labor Force Mobility on Regional Income Gaps: based on the analysis of the spatial panel model

C-P模型,为考察异质性劳动力流动对地区收入差距的作用机理提供了新的分析视角。本文运用数字仿真技术对理论模型的均衡条件进行数值模拟,采用2002—2012年间的30个省级的面板数据实证检验了异质性劳动力流动与地区收入差距之间的关系。得出结论:我国东部沿海地区仍因异质性劳动力的大量流入而受益的现状短期内难以改变;我国地区工资水平之间存在显著的空间交互作用,相邻省域之间存在工资的空间溢出效应显著。

Internal formation mechanism of regional income gaps is a classical topic of economics. New economic geography theory introduces the labor heterogeneity in the C-P mode, which provides a new perspective for us to observe the mechanism of the Heterogeneous Labor force mobility on regional income gaps. In this article, the digital simulation technolo-gy is used to perform numerical simulations in the theoretical model of equilibrium condition. The empirical panel data, collecting from 30 provinces during the decade from 2002 to 2012, also demonstrates the relationship that between heterogeneous labor force mobility and regional income gaps. Finally, this article draws a conclusion that heterogeneous labor force mobility changes the structure of the labor force, and thus makes the space distribution of the high skill workers and low skill workers changed. Because of the large inflows of heterogeneous labor, the southeast coastal areas in China get benefits, which is difficult to be changed in a short term. The spatial interaction between the areas salary and the wages in our countries still notable, and the salary＇s spatial spillover effect between the adjacent provinces is also remarkable.
