摘要
紫外平行光源照射圆钢得到投影,投影面积的变化引起光敏电阻阻值的波动,进一步引起输出电压的变化。当耳子出现时,报警器报警以告知用户,同时触发反馈系统动作,电机启动调整K_1、K_2道次压下量直至耳子消失,耳子的凸起高度值也会同步传输至矫直机的控制系统,通过矫直和研磨消除已产生的耳子。本系统具有较好的适应性,圆钢偏离中心位置或振动均不会影响检测结果,环境温度和湿度对测量精度的影响可忽略不计,无测量死角。
The value of the photosensitive resistance fluctuates with the variation of the projection area,which is obtained by irradiating the round steel with the parallel ultraviolet light. As a result,the output voltage changes. When the rolling edges come,the alarm rings to alert the operators. At the same time,the feedback system works,and the reductions of the K_1 and K_2 pass are adjusted until the rolling edge disappears. And the bump height of the rolling edge is synchronously sent to the straightener control system in order to eliminate the rolling edge by straightening and grinding.The vibrations or deviations from the rolling line have little effect on the test results. The measurement accuracy has little to do with the ambient temperature and relative humidity. Thus,there is no measuring blind angle. Therefore,the system has a good adaptability.
