摘要
介绍了宣钢一钢轧厂采用LD-LF-CC流程生产H08A技术,对钢水脱氧工艺、钢水成分及夹杂物控制、钢中氮含量的控制等关键技术进行了研究与分析。通过增加LF精炼这一工艺环节,优化了转炉脱氧工艺,降低了钢水氧活度控制难度,在LF精炼过程中对钢水成分进行微调,提高了产品成分的控制水平,将精炼渣碱度控制在4.0~5.0,渣中FeO质量分数目标控制在1.0%~2.0%,同时满足了去除钢中夹杂物及脱硫的要求。产品抗拉强度由371 MPa降低至363 MPa,强度极差由13 MPa降至8 MPa,产品质量得到了用户认可。
The production technology of H08 A by LD-LF-CC process in the No.1 steel rolling plant was introduced,and the key technologies such as the deoxidization process,the control of the steel composition and inclusions in steel control and the control of the nitrogen content were studied and analyzed.The H08 A was produced by increasing the LF refining process and optimizing the converter deoxidization process,which reduced the control difficulty of oxygen activity of molten steel. The fine adjustment of the steel component by LF refining improved the control level of the product composition. The slag basicity was controlled in the range of 4.0-5.0,and the content of FeO in slag was controlled in the range of 1.0%-2.0%,which satisfied the requirement of the inclusion removal and desulfurization in steel. The product tensile strength was reduced from 371 MPa to 363 MPa,the intensity difference was reduced from 13 MPa down to 8 MPa,and the product quality was recognized by the users.
