我国高等教育现代化的“一体两翼”和“推进逻辑”

The “One Body,Two Wings” and “Advancing Logic” of Modernization of Higher Education in China

推进和落实高等教育现代化,是建设高等教育强国,增强高等教育国际话语权的战略之需。"人"始终是高等教育现代化的哲学本体,"软件"和"硬件"现代化是这一哲学本体的两翼和实践发展的条件支撑。我们既要重视"软件"建设的独立性和先导性,又要认真对待"硬件"建设的制约性和时代性。只有准确把握"一体两翼"的辩证关系,并牢固树立"以人为本,软硬互撑"的逻辑原则,才能在实践中将我国高等教育现代化的各项顶层设计落地生根。

Promoting and implementing the modernization of higher education is the strategic need for constructing a powerful country in higher education and enhancing the right to international discourse in higher education.＂Man＂has always been the philosophical essence of the modernization of higher education. The modernization of software and hardware is the two wings of the philosophical ontology and the prerequisite of practical development. We should attach importance to the independence and initiative of＂software construction＂,and take seriously the restriction and epochal character of ＂hardware＂construction. Only grasp the dialectical relation of＂one body,two wings＂accurately,establish the＂People-oriented＂and＂Mutual support of soft-hard＂logical principles firmly if we want the every top-level design of higher education modernizations in China take roots and become true in practice.
