摘要
激励理论是现代管理理论的重要内容,高校科学运用激励理论是提高管理水平,促进人才培养质量提升的有效途径。绩效工资分配是高校内部管理的一项重要工作,是激励职工的重要手段。文章以一种过程型激励理论——亚当斯公平理论在A学院的运用为例,分析高校绩效工资分配中教职工不公平感产生及存在的原因,并提出相应的消除、减缓不公平感的对策,以期对高校科学运用激励理论增强管理工作实效具有借鉴意义。
As an important part of modern management theory,Motivation Theory offers an effective way to improve the management and promote the quality of talents cultivation in colleges and universities. The distribution of performance salary,an essential for the internal management of the colleges and universities,is an important incentive tool. Taking the application of Adam's Fair Theory in A College as an example,the reasons for the forming and existing of the sense of unfairness from staff members are analyzed and the countermeasures to eliminate or reduce the sense of unfairness are proposed,which might provide some references for the colleges and universities in the management efficiency with the application of Motivation Theory.
