信息化教学能力是将信息作为教育系统的一个基本构成要素,引入教育生态理念,可为教师培养体系带来更为科学合理的借鉴和指引,建立职前教师个体自主性和教师生态群体多样性之间的内在联系,进而完善培养体系中信息技术的应用,形成多维培养引导主体,引导职前教师找准自身发展定位与实现综合素养提升。通过逐步推进政府的宏观引导、制定政策标准、优化培养环境及多层次的培养共同体,打造立体化的职前教师信息化教学能力培养生态战略体系。

The ability of information teaching is a basic component of the education system,introducing the concept of educational ecology which can bring more scientific reference and guidance for teachers＇ training system,establish the inner link between pre-service teacher＇s individual autonomy and teacher＇s ecological group diversity,and improve the application of information technology in the training system,forming multidimensional guideline body,pinpoint the development orientation and realize comprehensive accomplishment promotion. Through the government＇s macro guidance,the development of policy standards,the environment optimization and Multi-level training community,constructing three-dimensional ecological strategy system of pre-service teacher＇s information teaching ability.
