摘要
将少数民族大学生的社会支持划分为经济支持、学习支持、社交支持和情感支持,并构建出少数民族大学生社会支持的IPA矩阵,发现,少数民族大学生对社会支持中的经济支持普遍感到非常满意,但认为学习支持和交往支持更加重要且有待加强。据此,研究提出要"授人以鱼"更要"授人以渔"的理念,即在政府和社会对少数民族大学生的帮扶工作中,既要保持经济支持,也要加强学习支持、社交支持和情感支持。
This paper divides the social support of minority university students into four types: economic support,academic support,social intercourse support and emotional support. In addition,the paper constructs an IPA matrix of social support for minority university students. The research results show that among the four types of social support,minority university students are generally most satisfied with economic support but consider that academic support and social intercourse support are more important and need to be improved. Therefore,the paper proposes the concept that teach them to fish rather than give them fish directly. It means that in the assistance and support work on minority university students,the government and society should maintain the economic support and enhance the academic support,social intercourse support and emotional support.
