摘要 通过对1997年以来全国硕士研究生招考理工科专业录取分数线变化的分析,认为自1999年高校扩招以来理工科专业基础课教学质量总体呈下滑趋势。在分析这一现象的历史和现实原因的基础上,探讨了提升理工科专业基础课教学质量的策略,认为应引导大学生更新学习的理念,加强高等教育的供给侧改革,加快发展适应"互联网+"时代的教学方式方法。 By analyzing the graduate admission scores since 1997 about science and engineering majors,it is concluded that the teaching quality of the basic courses of science and engineering has been declining because of the expand enrollment of universities since 1999. Based on the analysis on the historical and practical reasons of that decline,this paper discussed some strategies to improve the teaching quality about the basic courses of science and engineering majors. And it is considered that the learning concept of undergraduate should be updated,the supply-side reforms of higher education need to be strengthened,and the new teaching method should be proposed to adapt the "Internet + "era.
