为责任而教:教师专业责任的概念澄清与边界划定 被引量:12

摘要 专业责任是教师作为天职人员的基本属性。受"专业权利优先"论影响,教师专业责任研究尚未受到应有重视。由此导致两方面的问题。一方面,"教师专业责任"常与"教师专业义务"、"教师职业责任"相混淆,甚至被替换使用,因而在概念上亟待得到澄清。另一方面,教师专业责任亦面临指称不明、时空泛化、属性模糊、条件失衡与匮乏的现实困境。其超越之道在于为教师专业责任划定合理性边界。一是为其划定只对专业生活负责的外部边界;二是为其划定具体时空范围下的内部边界;三是厘清其蕴含的义务和非义务双重属性;四是配置与其相称的权能条件。 As vocational personnel, teachers' professional responsibilities are their professional qualities. By the influence of viewpoint of "professional right first", the researches of teachers' professional responsibility haven' t been got enough at- tention in China. Two problems are caused by this status. OR one hand, the concept of "teachers' professional responsibili- ty" tends to be confused or replaced by other concepts, such as "teachers' occupational responsibility" or "teachers' pro- fessional obligation". Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the meanings of these concepts. On the other hand, teachers' pro- fessional responsibilities are confronting with the real dilemmas which come from referents ambiguity, time and space expan- ding boundary, property indistinct, prerequisite unbalance and lack. The solution is the reasonable boundary demarcation of teacher's professional responsibilities. Firstly, the external boundary only for teachers' professional life should be ascer- tained. Secondly, the internal boundary of time and space should also be ascertained. Thirdly, the dual properties both ob- ligatory and non-obligatory should be clarified. Finally, the power and competence prerequisites should be allocated bal- aRced.
