摘要
本文提出一种自动、快速测量配光镜折射单元倾斜角的方法,并采用曲线拟合方法,确定出倾斜角的函数表达式。结果表明,构成配光镜的折射单元不能简单看成是棱镜,每个折射单元的表面是一个曲面。这一结论对研究车灯配光性质,并以此为基础,建立起配光镜设计模型,具有明显的实际意义。
The paper gives a new measuring method,which used for detecting the inclination angleof refracting component of matched mirror.By the method of minimum squares and regression curve,the function of inclination is presented.We see that every refracting componentof matched mirror is not a prism,it has a conicoid.The result is practical significance forstudy of matching property of motor vehicular lamps and supposition of design model.
