摘要
基于转底炉直接还原工艺,考察了温度、碳氧比和碱度对球团还原过程中体积收缩变化的影响。结果表明:提高温度,增加碳氧比和碱度均可加快球团收缩过程,提高球团体积收缩率。在此基础上,对球团体积收缩变化过程进行描述。
The influence of temperature, carbon oxygen ratio and basicity on volume shrinkage during the reduction of pellets were investigated based on the direct reduction process of rotary hearth furnace. The results show that, improving temperature, increasing carbon oxygen ratio and basicity can speed up the process of pellet shrinkage and increase pellet shrinkage rate. On this basis, the process of pellet volume shrinkage is described.
