摘要
目的比较Identifiler^(TM)和Global Filer^(TM)试剂盒的各项性能指标。方法从灵敏度、耐受性、一致性、种属特异性、遗传多态性共五个方面对Identifiler^(TM)和Global Filer^(TM)试剂盒进行检测。结果 Global Filer T^(TM)试剂盒在灵敏性、耐受性、遗传多态性方面优于Identifiler^(TM)试剂盒,在一致性、种属特异性方面性能没有明显差异。结论 Global Filer^(TM)试剂盒在陈旧、污染、基因变异的检材进行个体识别、亲缘鉴定中有更为广泛的应用价值。
Objective To compare the capablity of IdentifilerTM and Global FilerTM kits. Method Parallel control study on the sensitivity, survivability, consistency, species specificity, and genetic polymorphism of the two kits were carried out.Results The Global FilerTM system exhibited better robustness than the IdentifilerTM kit in sensitivity, survivability and genetic polymorphism. There was no significant difference in consistency and species specificity of the two kits at each mass of DNA amplified. Conclusion Global FilerTM kit has a wider application than IdentifilerTM kit in the identification and paternity test for old, polluted or genetic mutated samples.
