摘要
为充分发挥铁路信号微机监测设备的作用,通过对监测数据进行分析,及早发现设备存在的安全隐患,并予以解决。从闭环管理机制的实施方法及实际应用中解决的典型案例2方面,阐明了闭环管理机制在电务段强基、提质、增效中发挥的巨大作用。
In order to fully utilize railway signal microcomputer monitoring equipment,the analysis of monitoring data is made to find the hidden troubles in equipment so as to solve the troubles at early stage.Using two cases of typical implementation method of closed-loop management mechanism and practical application,it is expounded that the mechanism of closed-loop management can play important role in foundation enforcement and improvement of quality and efficiency.
