摘要
目的:优化剪刀股挥发油的提取方法,测定其稳定性,研究其抑菌作用。方法:通过正交试验优化剪刀股挥发油的提取条件;采用初均速法,以折光率为测定指标,确定剪刀股挥发油稳定性;测定剪刀股挥发油对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌等菌种的抑菌作用。结果:采用挥发油提取器提取剪刀股挥发油的最佳提取条件为氯化钠溶液浓度6%,浸泡时间1 h,料液比10∶1,提取时间5 h;平均提取率为0.466%,RSD为0.327 7%;剪刀股挥发油在25℃时的半衰期为8.74年;剪刀股挥发油在浓度为0.6%时,抑菌作用与氯霉素相当。结论:剪刀股中挥发油稳定性较好,并对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有一定抑菌作用。
Objective:To optimize the extraction of volatile oils in Ixeris debilis and study its stability and antibacterial effect.Method:The best extraction process of the in I.debilis was evaluated by orthogonal design.The refractive index were measured to predict the stability using initial average rate stability test.The growth inhabiting effect of the volatile oilson Escherichia coli,Pseudomnas and Taphylococcusareus was determined.Result:The best condition of extracting thevolatile oils from I.debilis was follows:soaking in 10 times (volume/quality) sodium chloride solution (6%) for 1h,and heating for 5 h.The Extraction yield of thevolatile oils in I.debilis was 0.466% (RSD=0.327 7%).The t1/2of the volatile oils in the temperature of 298 k was 8.74 years.The effect of antibacterial growth inhibition of the volatile oils (0.6%) was similar to chloromycetin (0.01%).Conclusion:Thevolatile oils is stable and has obvious effect of growth inhibition on Escherichia coli,Pseudomnas and Taphylococcusareus.
