摘要
热轧层流冷却(层冷)系统能源消耗高,自动控制水平低。本文通过热轧层冷系统工艺及能耗的分析,采用变频技术并制定相应的智能控制模型和策略,降低能耗。
The laminar cooling system of hot rolling has high energy consumption and low automatic control level. In this paper, by analyzing the process and energy consumption of hot rolling cooling system, the frequency conversion technology is adopted, and the corresponding intelligent control model and strategy are formulated to reduce energy consumption.
