摘要
研究了在交流电场中凝并室极配形式为芒刺板-金属板的凝并问题。考察了凝并室内不同峰值电压、烟道风速和粉尘初始浓度对凝并效果的影响。实验结果表明,在荷电室实验参数固定的条件下,凝并室采用芒刺板-金属板,通高压交流电时,交流电压为30 kV,烟道风速为0.6 m/s,粉尘初始浓度为2 g/m^3时的凝并效果较好。
The agglomeration of particle with a unipolar barbed plate-plate electrode in AC electric field was studied. The effect of peak voltage, flue gas flow velocity and initial particle concentration on the agglomeration efficiency was investigated. The results indicate that, with the unipolar barbed plate-plate electrode in agglomerating area in AC electric field, when the AC voltage is 30 kV, the flue gas flow velocity is 0.6 m/s and initial particle concentration is 2 g/m^3, the agglomeration efficiency is better.
