摘要
研究了KBH_4-Li Cl还原2-羟甲基-4-溴-4'-氟二苯甲酮制备2-羟甲基-4-溴-4'-氟二苯甲醇的方法。实验中详细考察了还原反应的影响因素,通过条件实验对还原工艺进行了优化。对目标产物进行了结构表征。
Synthesis process of 2-hydroxymethyl-4-bromo-4'-fluorodiphenylmethanol from 2-hydroxymethyl-4- bromo-4'-fluorodibenzophenone by the reduction reaction with KBH4-LiCI as reducing agent was researched. The influence factors of the reduction reaction were investigated, and the synthesis process was optimized. The object product was analyzed by MS and H-NMR.
