聚磷酸铵-氢氧化镁复合阻燃剂的合成与测试

摘要 利用干法改性的工艺对氢氧化镁进行改性处理,先在110℃的环境下,将500 g的氢氧化镁进行10 h干燥,将氢氧化镁完全变成粉体以后,再将得到的粉体加入到高速混合机中,然后再将另外一份一定量硬脂酸镁分成两等分,之后按照5 min一次的速度将硬脂酸镁分成两次加入,在高速搅拌机中将Mg(OH)_2粉体改性10 min、20 min、30 min、1 h、2 h、3 h等不同的时间后,取出在这些时间下进行改性后得到的不同的样本。对体系进行氢氧化镁活化指数(H)的测定试验、拉伸强度测试试验、冲击强度测试试验、极限氧指数(LOI)试验、硬脂酸镁改性氢氧化镁正交试验与因素分析、氢氧化镁/聚乙烯共混体系的研究和热分析。 Magnesium hydroxide was modified by dry modification method. At first, 500 g magnesium hydroxide was dried at 110 ℃ for 10 h to prepare powder, and then the powder was added into high speed mixer. Certain amount of magnesium stearate was divided into two parts, and they were twice added into the high speed mixer one time every 5 min, magnesium hydroxide powder was modified in the high speed mixer for 10 min, 20 min, 30 min, 1 h, 2 h and 3 h. Modified samples were obtained. Magnesium hydroxide activation index ( H ) was determined; tensile strength test was carried out as well as impact strength test, limiting oxygen index (LOI) test, orthogonal test and factor analysis of modifying Mg(OH)2 with magnesium stearate, research and thermal analysis of magnesium hydroxide / polyethylene blending system.
