摘要
随着环保要求的提高,涡轮增压直喷技术(TGDI)在汽油机中得到广泛应用,涡轮增压可以提高发动机的热效率和动力性,直喷技术有利于提高压缩比、实现稀薄燃烧和降低发动机油耗改进排放的特点。从2016年中国芯发动机技术评选结果中可以看到,12款发动机中有11款采用了增压或直喷技术;同时TGDI技术的应用也带来低速早燃和正时链磨损新问题,并且在清净性要求上进一步提高;欧6排放规格的实施,对燃油经济性也提出了更加苛刻的要求,为满足新的排放法规,GF-6汽油机油标准正在测试和发展当中。为满足GF-6标准及TGDI发动机的要求,提出在润滑油配方中的应对措施。
With the improvement of environmental protection,turbocharged gasoline direct injection( TGDI) technology has been widely used in gasoline engines. The technology of turbo-charge can effectively improve the engine's thermal efficiency and power performance.In addition,the technology of gasoline direct injection is conducive not only to improve the engine's compression ratio,but also to realize rarefied combustion and effectively improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions. According to the results of China top 10 best engine ' s technology list for 2016,there are 11 kinds of engines with the TGDI technology in the total 12 engines. Meanwhile,for TGDI engines,some challenging problems are low speed pre-ignition( LSPI),timing chain wear and excellent high temperature cleanliness. The implementation of Euro 6 emission specifications requires engines to meet tighter standards for fuel efficiency. For the new emission regulations,GF-6 gasoline engine oil specification are testing and developing. In order to meet the GF-6 specification and the requirements of TGDI engine,some countermeasures of engine oil formulation are proposed.
