摘要 以VOCl_3、VO(acac)_3为主催化剂,考察了不同活化剂对乙丙共聚合的影响,确定了以MTCS为活化剂,采用溶液聚合法合成了适用于润滑油增黏剂用的乙丙共聚物。性能考察表明,所制备的乙丙共聚物其增稠能力、黏降率、低温性能、热氧化安定性、高温清净性以及剪切稳定指数等性能与国内以ECTA为活化剂合成的国内同类产品性能相当。 Based on VOCl3 and VO( acac)3 as the main catalyst,the effect of different activators on the copolymerization of ethylene and propylene was studied. By using MTCS as the activator of catalyst,ethylene-propylene copolymer as viscosity increaser for lubricating oil was synthesized by using the solution polymerization method. The properties of the obtained product were investigated,including thickening ability,viscosity reduction ratio,low temperature performance,thermal oxidation stability,high temperature detergency and shearing stability. The results show that the properties of the obtained product are comparable to those of the domestic commercial copolymer which is usually prepared by using ECTA as the activator.
