脱水处理对后熟黄连种子生活力及发芽率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究不同脱水处理对后熟黄连种子萌发率的影响,以期为后熟黄连种子选择合理的贮藏方法提供科学依据。方法:分别以干燥箱(30℃,快速脱水)、干燥剂(硅胶)及氯化锂饱和水溶液(缓慢脱水)处理后熟黄连种子,测定不同含水量条件下后熟黄连种子的生活力及发芽率。结果:后熟黄连种子初始含水量为45.46%,生活力和发芽率为90%和86%;当含水量同样降至16.46%时,快速脱水处理后的生活力和发芽率为88%、62%,高于缓慢脱水处理后的生活力和发芽率69%、59%(干燥剂(硅胶)),73%、54%(氯化锂饱和水溶液)。三种脱水方法处理种子的生活力和发芽率均随着含水量的减少而降低。不同脱水处理种子的致死含水量分别为6.36%(干燥箱(30℃))和5.43%(干燥剂(硅胶))。结论:在一定脱水程度上,快速脱水比缓慢脱水对后熟黄连种子伤害小。后熟黄连种子不能在较低含水量条件下保持活力反映了其顽拗性的本质。 Objective: The effects of different dehydration treatments on the germination rate of the ripened seeds were studied in order to provide scientific basis for selecting reasonable storage methods of Huanglian. Method: The seeds were treated respectively using air dry oven (30℃, rapid dehydration), desiccant (silica gel) and saturated aqueous solution of lithium chloride (slow dehydration), and the viability and germination rate of the seeds were measured under different water contents. Result: The viability and germination rate of Huanglian seeds were 90% and 86% when the initial water content of was 45.46% .When the water content was reduced to 16.46%, the viability and germination rate were 88% and 62%, which were higher than those treated by slow dehydration. The seeds viability and germination rate after slow dehydration treatment were 69%, 59% (desiccant (silica gel)), 73%, 54% (saturated aqueous lithium chloride solution). The viability and germination rate of seeds after three kinds of dehydration treatments decreased with the decrease of water content. The lethal water contents of different dehydrated seeds were 6.36% (air dry oven (30℃ )) and 5.43% (desiccant). Conclusion: At a certain degree of dehydration, rapid dehydration has less damage than slow dehydration on Huanglian ripened seeds. It reflects its recalcitrant nature that the ripened Huanglian seeds can't maintain its vitality under the condition of low water content.
