湿害胁迫对不同生育期桔梗光合生理指标的影响

摘要 目的:探索湿害对不同生育期桔梗光合生理指标的影响。方法:分别在苗期、拔节期、花期、果期对桔梗进行湿害处理,以丙酮提取法测定叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a/b、总叶绿素含量,光合测定仪测定净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度、蒸腾速率,比较4个生育期中光合生理指标的耐湿差异。结果:湿害条件下,不同生育期桔梗光合色素含量下降,光合参数存在不同程度差异。结论:拔节期桔梗耐湿性最强。该研究为系统探索桔梗不同生长条件的适应性提供生理基础。 Objective: To study the effect of waterlogging stress on photosynthetic indexes of Jiegeng in different growth stages. Method: Jiegeng were treated waterlogging stress at seedling stage, jointing stage, flowering stage and fruit stage. The contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll a/b and total chlorophyll were detected by acetone extraction method. The net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular concentrations of carbon dioxide, transpiration rate were measured by Photosynthetic analyzer. The differences of waterlogging tolerance were compared. Result: With the continuous waterlogging stress treatment, the content of photosynthetic pigment in Jiegeng decreased and the photosynthetic parameters varied at different growth stages. Conclusion: Jiegeng has the highest waterlogging tolerance at the jointing stage. The study lays a foundation for the systematic study of the physiological responses of Jiegeng under different growth conditions.
