我国就医模式的影响因素分析

Analysis of the influencing factors of medical mode in China

基于我国大医院就诊负荷量过重,基层医院却门可罗雀的矛盾,针对患者偏向任何疾病都到大医院的就医模式导致医疗资源极大浪费的问题,众多学者对就医模式的影响因素进行了大量的研究。本文梳理了就医模式影响因素的相关研究,归纳了众研究的研究视角和研究结论,分析了就医模式的影响因素,探索了就医模式研究存在的不足,为我国就医模式政策的完善和推进提供了参考和建议。

Based on the contradiction between medical work overload of large hospitals and primary hospitals have few patients in China, aiming at the problem of the medical model that patients tend to go to large hospitals which cause waste of medical resources, many scholars have conducted a lot of research on the influencing factors of medical model. This paper reviews the relevant research of influencing factors of medical model and summarizes the research perspective and the conclusion, and analyzes the influencing factors of medical model to explore the lack of medical model research. The paper provides the reference and suggestion for the perfection and advancement of our medical policy.
