附子理中丸研究现状及“毒-效”关系探析

Research progress and comprehensive analysis of "toxicity and effect" of Fuzi Lizhong Pill

附子理中丸为温阳散寒之经方,因其具有传统中药丸剂的经典制备理论与精湛制剂方法作为理论指导与技术支撑,使得该制剂疗效确切,是千百年来治疗脾胃虚寒,呕吐泄泻的居家常备中成药之一。本研究对附子理中丸近年的基础研究报道进行归纳研究,从制剂"毒"与"效"的关系出发,总结其特点与优势,为附子理中丸的基础研究与现代化开发提供参考。

Fuzi Lizhong Pill, a common Chinese patent medicine which contains classic pharmaceutics theory and made by exquisite manufacture method, is always used as an effective Traditional Chinese Medicine for deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach, vomiting and diarrhoea. This study reviews the research of Fuzi Lizhong Pill during recent years, analyzes the comprehensive relationship between ＂toxicity＂ and ＂effect＂ and summarizes the characteristics and superiorities of Fuzi Lizhong Pill. The study provides references for the basic research and development of Fuzi Lizhong Pill.
