摘要
以往的碾压混凝土重力坝设计中,存在因溢流坝段和非溢流坝段坝体断面不同而制约坝体混凝土连续施工的问题。为解决这个问题,文章结合工程实例,采用溢流坝段和非溢流坝相同断面的台阶式溢流坝的设计方法;同时,对台阶式消能和常规泄槽消能两种方案的消能效率做了一个定量分析比较。计算结果表明:台阶式溢流坝能较好的解决制约碾压混凝土连续施工的问题;台阶消能的消能效率远高于常规泄槽,能减小下游消能工的尺寸,节省工程投资。
In the past designs of roller compacted concrete gravel dams,because the dam body sections of spillway dam and un-spillway dam were different,there were problems to limit the continuous concrete construction on dam body In order to solve the problems,in combination with a project case,this paper adopted the design method of step-style spillway dam in same sections on spillway dam and un-spillway dam; meanwhile,the energy dissipation effects were analyzed and compared quantitatively for the two schemes of step energy dissipation and normal chute energy dissipation in this paper. The calculated results show that step spillway dam can solve the problem of roller compacted concrete continuous construction properly and the effect of step energy dissipation is well above the effect of normal chute,can reduce the dimension of lower energy dissipation project and save the project cost.
