摘要
为了解北京市融合教育的实施情况,本研究对北京市16个区县的融合学校进行问卷调查。调查结果发现:北京融合教育整体实施水平较高,但各方面发展不平衡;融合教育课程设计与调整存在问题;个别化教育计划难以有效落实。在此基础上,本研究认为北京市未来的融合教育要走全面协调发展路线,提出应加强融合课堂中课程与教学实践的探索、加强融合学校的环境建设特别是无障碍的硬件环境建设以及重视个别化教育计划的制定与实施等建议。
In order to acquire the information about inclusive education in Belling, this study conducted surveys with questionnaires in 15 areas in Belling. The results indicated that, as a whale, the level of implementation is high relatively, but the development is not balanced. There are lots of problems in the design and adaptation of inclusive education curriculum. Moreover, the IEP for children with disabilities couldn' t implemented completely. Based on these, the authors present some suggestions, including the future overall path of inclusive education in Belling, the exploration of instructions and curriculum, the environmental building of inclusive schools, and the making and implementations of IEP.
