YKL-40、MCP-1、IL-8在冠心病患者血浆中的表达水平及其与冠状动脉病变程度的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的测定冠心病患者血浆中人类软骨糖蛋白39(YKL-40)、单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP-1)、白介素-8(IL-8)的水平,探讨血浆YKL-40,MCP-1,IL-8与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法入选2015年3月—2016年2月于内蒙古医科大学附属人民医院心内病房住院的患者130例,行冠脉CT检查,根据检查结果并结合病史分为正常对照组43例,单支病变组43例及多支病变组44例。用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定各组血浆YKL-40,MCP-1,IL-8水平,比较YKL-40,MCP-1,IL-8在各组间的表达。结果 (1)与正常对照组相比,冠脉病变组血浆中YKL-40水平为(57.03±20.52)ng/m L,IL-8水平为(119.83±14.85)ng/L,MCP-1(47.58±24.34)ng/m L,表达均增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)单支病变组患者血浆中YKL-40、MCP-1、IL-8水平分别为(44.04±18.07)ng/m L、(45.34±19.05)ng/m L、(68.12±8.36)ng/L,多支病变组患者血浆中YKL-40、MCP-1、IL-8水平分别(68.54±21.14)ng/m L、(47.47±25.74)ng/m L、(119.83±14.85)ng/L,结果显示YKL-40、MCP-1、IL-8与冠脉病变严重程度密切相关,病变越重,YKL-40,MCP-1,IL-8水平越高。各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 YKL-40,MCP-1,IL-8与冠状动脉病变程度有关,病变越重,YKL-40,MCP-1,IL-8水平越高。 Objective To measure the levels of 39(YKL-40), (MCP-1) and (IL-8) in plasma of patients with coronary heart disease and discuss the correlation between the plasma YKL-40, MCP-1, IL-8 and severity of coronary artery disease. Methods 130 cases of inpatients in the department of cardiology in Inner Mongolia Medical College from March 2015 to February 2016 were selected and were examined by the coronary artery CT, and the patients were divid- ed into the normal control group with 43 cases, single vessel lesion group with 43 cases and muhiple vessel lesions group with 44 cases according to the examination results and disease history, and the plasma YKL-40, MCP-I,IL-8 in each group were measured by the ELISA, and the expression of YKL-d0, MCP-I,IL-8 in each group was compared. Results The YKL-40 level, IL-$ level and MCP in plasma in the coronary artery disease group were respectively (57.03-+20.52)ng/mL,(l19.83-14.85)ng/L and (147.58±24.34)ng/mL, and the expressions increased compared with those in the normal control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05), the YKL-40,MCP-I,IL-8 levels in plasma in the single vessel lesions groups were respectively(44.04±18.07)ng/mL,(45.34±19.05)ng/mL,(68.12± 8.36)ng/L and (68.54±21.14)ng/mL,(47.47±25.74)ng/mL,(119.83±14.85)ng/L in the multiple vessel lesions group, and the results showed that YKL-40,MCP-I,IL-8 were closely related to the severity of coronary artery disease, the more severe the lesion," the higher the YKL-40,MCP-I,IL-8 levels, and the differences between groups were statistically sig- nificant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The YKL-40, MCP-1, IL-8 are related to the Severity of coronary artery disease, and the more serious the lesions, the higher the YKL-40, MCP-1 and IL-8 levels.
