拉坦前列腺素应用于青光眼术后的临床效果研究

Research on Clinical Effect of Latanoprost Eye Drops after the Glaucoma Operation

目的观察拉坦前列腺素应用于青光眼术后的临床效果。方法选取该院于2013年1月—2016年1月间收治的42例80只眼原发性闭角型青光眼患者,将其随机分为观察组以及对照组,观察组应用拉坦前列腺素治疗,对照组应用选择性激光小梁成形术治疗,比较两组术后1 h及术后1 d、1、2、4、8、12、20周的治疗眼眼压下降情况,比较两组患者治疗后的并发症情况。结果治疗后1 h及1 d两个时间点眼压下降绝对值观察组分别为(5.62±1.33)mm Hg及(7.78±5.15)mm Hg,均明显高于对照组的(1.26±0.79)mm Hg及(3.92±1.93)mm Hg,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余时间点组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组中出现眼压升高及轻度前房炎性反应的发生率分别为7.50%及62.50%,均明显低于对照组的15.00%及90.00%(P<0.05)。结论拉坦前列腺素滴眼液能够有效降低原发性闭角型青光眼患者的眼压,在降压效果方面与小梁成形术无明显差异,且具有一定的安全性。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of latanoprost eye drops after the glaucoma operation. Methods 42 cases of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma （80 eyes） admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group were treated with la- tanoprost eye drops, while the control group were treated with selective laser trabeculoplasty, and the decrease situation of intraocular pressure at 1 d,1,2,4,8,12,20 weeks after operation was compared between the two groups, and the com- plication situation after treatment was compared between the two groups. Results After 1 h and 1 d treatment, the abso- lute value of intraocular pressure decrease was respectively （5.62±l.33）mmHg,（7.78±5.15）mmHg, which were obvi- ously higher than that in the control group, [（1.26±0.79）mmHg,（3.92±l.93）mmHg], and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the differences in other time points were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）, and the incidence rate of increase of intraocular pressure and mild anterior chamber inflammation in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group,（7.50%, 62.50% vs 15.00%, 90.00%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Latanoprost eye drops can effectively reduce the intraocular pressure of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma and there is no obvious difference in the effect of lowering blood pressure between it and trabeculoplasty with a certain safety.
