超声心动图结合心电图诊断心尖肥厚性心肌病的价值 被引量:6

Value of Ultrasound Cardiogram and Electrocardiogram in Diagnosis of Apical Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

摘要 目的分析超声心动图结合心电图诊断心尖肥厚性心肌病的临床应用价值。方法选择该院2013年11月—2017年2月收治的心尖肥厚性心肌病患者40例设置为实验组,另同期收集40名健康体检人群(常规组),对两组受检者均进行超声心动图与心电图检查,对检查结果进行分析统计。结果进行心电图显示实验组受检者均具有明显异常的情况,以胸前导联出现巨大倒置的T波伴ST段改变、左室高电压等作为主要的心电图特征;进行超声心动图检查显示:AT(18.28±3.04)mm,LVD(46.55±6.38)mm,LVTW(9.18±1.56)mm,IVS(11.23±1.22)mm,LVEF(65.32±6.58)mm,LAD(45.23±5.22)mm优于常规组。结论对于心尖肥厚性心肌病患者来说,给予超声心动图与心电图检查均出现异常情况,且具有相关性,将两种诊断方式相结合利于疾病诊断准确率的提高。 Objective To analyze the clinical application value of ultrasound cardiogram and electrocardiogram in diag- nosis of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Methods 40 cases of patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2013 to February 2017 were selected as the experimental group, while 40 cases of healthy physical examination people at the same period were selected as the routine group, and both groups were examined by the ultrasound cardiogram and electrocardiogram, and the examination results were analyzed and counted. Results The electrocardiogram showed that all patients in the experimental group had the obvious abnor- mal situation, and the precordial giant t wave inversion with st segment and high left r amplitude were the main electro- cardiogram features, and the ultrasound cardiogram showed that the AT, LVD, LVTW, IVS, LVEF and LAD were re- spectively (18.28±3.04)mm, (46.55±6.38)mm, (9.18±1.56)mm, (ll.23±l.22)mm,(65.32+6.58)mm and (45.23±5.22) ram, which were better than those in the routine group. Conclusion For patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopa- thy, both ultrasound cardiogram and electrocardiogram show that there are abnormal situations and the two is correlated with each other, and the combination of the two methods is conducive to the improvement of disease diagnosis accurate rate.
