氟康唑单独及联合克霉唑栓治疗老年念球菌性阴道炎的效果对比

Comparison of Effect of Fluconazol and Clotrimazole and Fluconazol in Treatment of Gonococcal Vaginitis in Senile Patients

目的研究单独使用氟康唑以及联合克霉唑栓应用于老年念球菌性阴道炎中的临床效果。方法选取该院2015年1月—2016年4月的94例老年念球菌性阴道炎患者进行研究,以随机为原则分为对照组与观察组各47例。对照组使用氟康唑,观察组予以氟康唑联合克霉唑栓。观察两组临床效果、相关症状改善情况及不良反应情况、治疗前后生活质量以及睡眠情况。结果观察组总有效率数据为93.62%,高于对照组,相关症状积分为(6.12±1.41)分,低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生概率为10.64%,与对照组(14.89%)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后心理功能(82.85±2.67)分、生理功能(85.86±3.03)分、物质生活(84.85±3.13)分、社会功能(86.07±2.82)分,优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量评分为(6.24±1.04)分,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟康唑联合克霉唑栓使用于老年念球菌性阴道炎中的临床价值较高,效果较单用氟康唑更好,能够有效控制病情,缓解患者痛苦,且安全性较高。

Objective To research the clinical effect of fluconazol and clotrimazole and fluconazol in treatment of gono- coccal vaginitis in senile patients. Methods 94 cases of senile patients with gonococcal vaginitis in our hospital from January 2015 to ~pril 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each, the control group adopted the fluconazole, while the observation group adopted the clotrimazole and fluconazole, and the clinical effect, related symptom improvement situation, adverse reaction situation, quality of life and sleep situation before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, which was 93.62%, and the related symptom integral was （6.12±l.41）marks, which was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, the difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observa- tion group and control group was not big （P〉0.05）, after treatment, the mental function, physical function, material life and social function in the observation group were respectively （82.85±2.67）points, （85.86±3.03）points, （84.85±3.13） points and （86.07±2.82）points, which were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the sleep quality score in the observation group was （6.24±1.04）points, which was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical value of fluconazol and clotrimazole and fluconazol in treatment of gonococcal vaginitis in senile is higher and the effect of it is better than that of single flueonazole, which can effectively control the disease condition and re- lieve the pains of patients with high safety.
