高效液相色谱法同时测定妇舒丸中芍药苷、阿魏酸、黄芩苷和丹皮酚的含量

Simultaneous Determination of Contents of Paeoniflorin of Fuyanshu Wan, Ferulic Acid, Scutellaria Root Glucoside and Paeonol by Using the High-efficiency Liquid Chromatography

目的建立测定妇舒丸中的芍药苷、阿魏酸、黄芩苷和丹皮酚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Thermo BDS HYPERSIL C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为芍药苷230 nm、阿魏酸320 nm、黄芩苷280 nm、丹皮酚274 nm,进样量10μL。结果芍药苷、阿魏酸、黄芩苷、丹皮酚进样浓度分别在12.91~129.10μg/m L、0.677 3~6.773 0μg/m L、12.55~125.50μg/m L、7.063~70.630μg/m L范围内峰面积积分值线性关系良好。各成分加样回收率分别为98.81%,98.50%,99.02%,98.29%(RSD=0.68%,1.36%,1.00%,1.12%,n=6)。结论该方法简单、灵敏,结果准确可靠,可为其提高其质量控制标准提供参考。

Objective To establish the high-efficiency liquid chromatography in measuring the contents of paeoniflorin of fuyanshu wan, ferulic acid, scutellaria root glucoside and paeonol. Methods Chromatographic column was the Ther- mo BDS HYPERSIL C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-O.l%, phosphoric acid so- lution （gradient elution）, the velocity was 1.0mL/min, the measure wavelength： paeoniflorin 230nm, ferulic acid 320nm, scutellaria root glucoside 280 nm, paeonol 274 nm and injection volume 10 μL. Results The injection volume concen- trations of paeoniflorin, ferulic acid, baicalin and paeonol were respectively 12.91-129.10 μg/mL,O.677 3-6.773 0 μg/mL, 12.55-125.50 μg/mL, 7.063-70.630 μg/mL, the liner relationship of peak area integral value was good, the average sample recovery rate of various components was respectively 98.81%, 98.50%, 99.02%, 98.29%（RSD=0.68%, 1.36%, 1.00%,1.12%,n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple and sensitive, and the result is accurate and reliable, which can provide reference for improving the quality control standards.
