责任制优质护理全程追踪模式在宫颈癌化疗癌性疲乏与睡眠质量中的价值分析

Analysis of Value of Responsibility-system Excellent Nursing Whole-course Tracking Model in the Cervical Cancer Chemotherapy Cancer Fatigue and Sleep Quality

目的探讨责任制优质护理全程追踪模式在宫颈癌化疗癌性疲乏与睡眠质量中的临床价值。方法选择2015年1月—2016年10月该院收治的宫颈癌患者80例,随机数字法分为两组,各40例,观察组行责任制优质护理全程追踪模式护理干预,对照组行常规护理,比例两组依从性、护理满意度,统计两组PFS量表评分变化情况及睡眠质量变化情况。结果观察组整体依从性为95.0%,显著高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度为97.5%,显著高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05),观察组PFS得分中严重程度、情感、感觉与认知情绪4大项目得分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),干预后观察组睡眠质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对宫颈癌存在癌性疲乏及睡眠障碍者,进行责任制优质护理全程追踪模式护理干预,能有效提高患者治疗依从性,提高护理满意度,对减轻癌性疲乏,改善睡眠质量具有积极意义。

Objective To study the clinical value of responsibility-system excellent nursing whole-course tracking mod- el in the cervical cancer chemotherapy cancer fatigue and sleep quality. Methods 80 cases of patients with cervical cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided in- to two groups with 40 cases in each, the observation group adopted the responsibility-system excellent nursing whole- course tracking model nursing intervention, the control group adopted the routine nursing, and the compliance and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups, and the PFS scale score changes and changes of sleep quality of the two groups were counted. Results The holistic compliance in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（95.0%vs 75.0%）（P〈0.05）, the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group （97.5% vs 77.5%）（P〈0.05）, and the severity, emotion, sense and cognitive emotion in PFS score in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, after intervention, the sleep quality in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The responsibility-system excellent nursing whole-course tracking model nursing intervention for cervical cancer patients with cancer fatigue and sleep disorder can effectively improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfactory degree, which is of positive significance to relieving the cancer fatigue and imDrovinz the sleep oualitv.
