优质护理对牙齿种植术患者的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Excellent Nursing for Patients with Tooth Implantation

目的探讨优质护理对牙齿种植术患者的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月该院口腔科门诊牙齿种植术患者68例,按照随机数字表法,将其分为对照组与观察组,各34例;对照组行常规护理,观察组实施优质护理;比较两组患者术后48 h疼痛度、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果经过相应的干预措施护理后,观察组严重疼痛(2级和3级)5(14.70%)例,明显低于对照组的18(52.94%)例,观察组患者术后48 h疼痛度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组术后发生口腔感染5(14.71%)例,牙槽骨松动1(2.94%)例,观察组术后发生口腔感染1(2.94%)例。观察组患者术后并发症亦明显低于对照组(P<0.05);同时,观察组患者对护理满意率为97.06%,对照组患者对护理满意率为82.35%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可有效缓解牙齿种植术患者术后疼痛程度,还可降低术后并发症发生情况,对改善患者术后生活质量有着积极作用,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of excellent nursing for patients with tooth implantation. Methods 68 cases of patients with tooth implantation in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and ran- domly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the observa- tion group adopted the excellent nursing, and the 48 h pain degree after operation, incidence rate of postoperative com- plications and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the number of case with severe pains （2 level and 3 level） was obviously lower than that in the control group （5 cases vs 18 cases, 14.70% vs 52.94%）, and the 48 h pain degree after Operation in the observation group was better than that in the con- trol group （P〈0.05）, the incidence rate of oral infection after operation, alveolar bone loose and oral infection in the control group was respectively 5 cases （14.71%）, 1 case （2.94%）and 1 case（2.94%）, and the postoperative complica- tions in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, at the same time, the dif- ference in the nursing satisfactory rate in the observation group and the control group was statistically significant （97.06% vs 82.35%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The excellent nursing can effectively relieve the postoperative pain degree of patients with tooth implantation and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, which is of positive signifi- cance to improving the quality of life of patients after operation, and it is worth promotion and application.
