腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的围手术期护理分析

Analysis of Nursing of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Sipping Technique during the Perioperative Period

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术围手术强化护理的效果。方法从该院2016年1月—2016年9月期间收治的需行卵巢剥除术的患者中随机选取80例。研究人员将这些病患随机分组,分别为试验组与对照组。其中两组各40例。实验人员为试验组的患者提供围手术期护理干预,而为对照组的患者仅提供常规护理。在实验期间,研究人员对这两组患者手术中出血量、手术时间、下床活动时间、术后肠胃功能恢复时间以及康复时间等情况进行跟踪观察并进行及时记录。在护理结束后,实验人员对两组患者的满意度进行调查统计。最后将实验数据进行整理统计,再进行进一步的分析对比。结果在为两组患者提供不同的护理方式后,试验组患者的并发症发生率为7.50%,护理满意率为95.0%,对照组患者的试验组并发症发生率为12.50%,护理满意率为77.5%。从实验具体数据可以明显对比出,试验组的患者无论是从手术中出血量、手术时间、下床活动时间、术后肠胃功能恢复时间以及康复时间等情况来看要好过对照组,并且试验组患者并发症的发病率要比对照组低得多,试验组的护理满意度也比对照组要高很多,两者间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上,为需要接受卵巢剥除术的患者进行围手术期间的强化护理能有效提高护理效果,从而促进患者更好地进行手术后的恢复。医护人员对患者进行一对一的心理疏导并完善术前准备,在手术之后给予患者良好的护理,能使患者更快的康复。通过实验结果可知,为行卵巢剥除术的患者提供围手术期护理可以效使并发症发生几率降低,提高患者对护理的满意度,给手术的成功带来了一定保证,值得广泛推广使用。

Objective To study the nursing effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst sipping technique during the periopera- tive period. Methods 80 cases of patients needing the ovarian cyst sipping technique in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2016 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the test goup adopted the nursing intervention during the perioperative period, while the control group adopted the routine nursing, during !he test period, the intraoperative bleeding amount, operation time, time to get out of bed, postoperative gastroin- testinal recovery time and rehabilitation time of the two groups were tracked and observed and recorded in time, at the end of nursing, the satisfactory degree of the two groups was surveyed and counted, and finally, the test data were sort- ed up, and were given the further analysis and comparison. Results After nursing, the incidence rate of complications and nursing satisfactory rate in the test group and in the control group were respectively 7.50%, 95.0% and 12.50%, 77.5%, and the intraoperative bleeding amount, operation time, time to get out of bed, postoperative gastrointestinal ef- fect recovery time and rehabilitation time in the test group were better than those in the control group, the incidence rate of complications in the-test group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the satisfactory degree in the test group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were sta- tistically significant（P〈O.05）. Conclusion In clinic, the enhancement nursing for patients needing ovarian cyst sipping technique can effectively improve the nursing effect thus promoting the better recovery of patients after operation, and the one-to-one mental guidance and improving the preoperative preparation by the medical staff can promote the rapid recovery of patients, and the experimental results show that the nursing during the perioperative period for patients with ovarian cyst sipping technique can effectively reduce the occurrence probability of complications, improve the nursing satisfactory degree and ensure the operation success rate to a certain degree, which is worth wide promotion and appli- cation.
