摘要 目的研究不同手术方式对行声带息肉术患者嗓音功能恢复的作用效果。方法选取该院2015年1月—2016年6月收治的84例声带息肉患者进行研究,以手术治疗方式的不同为依据,将其分为激光组以及喉显微组。所有患者均实施全麻及支撑喉镜置入操作,喉显微组采取常规手术,激光组使用CO2激光治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后喉镜检查情况以及噪音检测相关指标结果。结果喉显微组治疗后的声门闭合情况及黏膜波波动情况数据分别为(95.19±30.28)、(649.77±103.91)像素,基频微扰以及噪声能量数据分别为(0.20±0.11)%、(-11.79±3.53)d B,均优于激光组(P<0.05);谐噪比以及振幅微扰数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CO2激光虽在手术时间及出血情况方面具有一定优势,但因伪膜以及热损伤等因素会给患者带来较重的术后反应,短期内嗓音功能恢复情况不如常规手术,两周左右即可恢复正常。 Objective To research the effect of different operation methods on Voice function after the polyp of vocal cord operation. Methods 84 cases of patients with polyp of vocal cord admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods, both groups adopted the general anesthesia and laryngoscopy operation, the laryngeal microscopic group adopted the routine operation, while the laser group adopted the CO2 laser treatment, and the laryngoscopy examination before and after treatment and noise test related indexes of the two groups were observed. Results The glottal closure, mucosal wave fluncture, jitter and noise energy in the laryngeal microscopic group after treatment were respectively (95.19±30.28)picture element(649.77±103.91 )picture element,(0.20±0.11 )% and (-11.79±3.53)dB, which were better than those in the laser group(P〈0.05), and the differences in the Harmonic noise ratio and shimmer data between the two groups had no statistical significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion The noise function recovery of CO2 laser is worse than that of the routine operation due to the severe reactions after operation caused by the pseudo membrane and thermal damage even though it has a certain advantages in operation time and bleeding amount, but it can return to normal about two weeks.
